In the Bedroom: Interior Decorated Bedrooms for Guests

Have you considered inviting guest to spend the weekend at your humble abode? Do you have a dull and drab bedroom that needs a little spice? You can now have an interior decorated bedroom by giving your bedroom a quick creative lift and you don’t have to dip into your savings.

The first step to interior decorating a bedroom is to develop a new fresh look. There are many resources for you to choose from such as the Internet and several magazines such as: Better Homes and Gardens. If you want to go all out, purchase a copy of English Home Magazine; add a European flare to your guest bedroom. There are tons of How-to articles on interior decorating bedrooms.

You can invite the look of romance into your interior decorated bedroom by simply adding a canopy bed. All it entails is a few yards of fabric constructed into an elegant draped treatment.

All you have to do is hang a piece of fabric over the top frame rails of a canopy bed. What do you do if you don’t have a canopy bed and you have less than 48 hours until your guest arrives? There are solutions to your dilemma. You can easily add softness and color to your bed by installing curtain rods to the ceiling, placing one over each end of the bed.

So, now that your canopy is complete and you have 24 hours left until your guests arrive, what are you going to place at the end of your bed to add that final touch?

You can add a small loveseat at the end of a queen or king size bed. You can also add a floor lamp for reading and decorate the loveseat with a soft blanket and throw pillows.

If you really want to impress your guest with your interior decorated bedroom, place a small size writing desk at the end of your bed. When your guests arrive, they will be able to enjoy your newly interior decorated bedroom.
